Gateway Industries, Inc. received a Certificate of Achievement from the National Institute for the Severely Handicapped (NISH) in 1984, 1985, 1993, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. This certificate is presented in recognition of the high standards of performance maintained while providing a product for the Federal government under the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Program.
The West Virginia Association of Rehabilitation Facilities, Inc. (WVARF) presented Gateway Industries, Inc. a MILESTONE AWARD for 1991 - 1992 for a 45% increase in the number of clients served in the previous year.
Gateway Industries, Inc. is the 1993 Recipient of the NISH NATIONAL RUNNER-UP SMALL WORK CENTER AWARD for exhibiting outstanding performance under the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Program of Direct Procurement of Government Contracts.
