WAREHOUSING AT GATEWAY INDUSTRIES
Gateway provides a dry, fully sprinkled, insulated, and heated warehouse space. Warehouses are equipped with security systems, unitized in-out products from pallets, bulk containers, gay lords, and rack and bulk storage. All items in storage are handled by forklifts and stored in dedicated segregated spaces to help with effective and efficient management of warehouse operations.

Gateway stores products for work in progress and items for Gateway’s yearly fundraiser.
HOW MUCH WAREHOUSE SPACE IS AVAILABLE?
Approximately 9,200 sq. ft. of total warehousing space is available.
WHAT TYPES OF THINGS CAN BE STORED HERE?
Gateway can store just about anything that does not require temperature control in the summer. No hazardous materials/biohazards can be stored.
RATES
Our industrial occupancy costs are made up of 3 components:
- Base rent is quoted on a per square foot year basis (psf/yr ) or per square foot monthly basis (psf/mthly)
- Proportionate share of property insurance on the building (psf/yr or psf/mthly)
- Proportionate share of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) (psf/yr or psf/mthly)
